Hello! Thank you for checking out Akiko's Carrd. Akiko's player goes by the online name of Subbzo, a 25 year old who's still somewhat new to Final Fantasy as a whole! I do not lack in Roleplaying Experience, and would love to get to know and meet new people (within reason, I'm still an introvert lmfao).
I am 21+ and will only RP with 21+!
I am not opposed to ERP, but some decent buildup to it is a must! Preferably slowburn for more romantic encounters.
Ask for my Discord and you might receive, if we plan to RP more!

APPEARANCE/GALLERY
Akiko Kraber, based off of a first glance, is a tall, robust Auri, having body proportions that do not typically fit that of an average woman of her race. Her body is mostly covered by those white and gold scales of her's, covering up most of the skin on her body. Her tail, long and muscular, has hard frills at the end of it that look somewhat like sparse feathers. Her locks of golden blonde hair is always voluminous and well taken care of, even sometimes left purposely messy just for the style.
The most striking part about her appearance are the two glowing, vibrant purple pair of eyes in her skull. They look nothing like normal eyes, and instead look like someone plucked a pair of eyes from a Dragon and put them right into her own eye sockets.
Lastly, her body and face are covered in a variety of scars and markings, one in particular being a large, jagged slash going from her left shoulder down to her right hip.
Backstory
Born in the underwater city of Sui-no-Sato, Akiko was the child of a proud family of retainers in service of the Ruby Princess. Born only a short time after her younger brother, Roshi, Akiko's childhood with her brother was not pleasant. The Daisho family, the family she was born into, had an important duty as guardians of a place hidden beneath the Ruby Sea. As a result, with Akiko being the firstborn of the Daisho family, she was expected to be the next Guardian to replace her Aunt, Yasuna, who she saw very little of. Starting at the far too young age of five years old, Akiko was subjected to a harsh and grueling training regiment by her father, Ganto. Heavy rules and expectations were enforced on both Akiko and Roshi, especially for the former, as she was the victim of many abhorrent punishments for not meeting those expectations. In a sudden act of treason against both Sui-no-Sato and the Daisho family, Jun Daisho, Ganto's brother and Akiko's Uncle, broke into the family estate one night. He had secretly planned to take Akiko and Roshi from Ganto, and make a swift escape. And thus did he pull his plan off in the middle of a normal night, packing up things for the two eight year olds before spiriting them away from Sui-no-Sato. Jun took Akiko and Roshi to the Blue Kojin, seeking asylum from them. The Kojin welcomed them into their settlement, and allowed them to stay for many moons that followed their escape. After more than half a year being spent in the care of the Blue Kojin, Jun managed to strike a deal with someone to assure their safety from the wrathful Daisho family. A deal made with Lord Kaien of Doma, currently under the control of the Garlean Empire. Jun became a Vanguard, a member of a small army under Kaien's command. But that wasn't the only part of the deal. Jun also met with a man, the Tribunus of Castrum Fluminis, Marius tol Kraber. Marius took in the Daisho outcasts as wards of the Kraber Noble Family, guaranteeing their place not only in Doma, but in Garlemald as well.Taking Akiko in, Marius began to treat her like his own child. He did his best to take care of her, granting her citizenship within the Capital City, and even bringing her there during the winter months in Doma to attend school. There in Garlemald, Akiko would meet her first real friend. A girl, a Hyur, who called herself Iris, and they became fast friends. Meanwhile, in the summer months in Doma, Akiko became friends with another girl as well, another Raen by the name of Mana. Growing up, Akiko was even offered a chance to continue her training as a retainer, this time under the Lord of Doma himself, and under a proper and fair Samurai Master, Goro.In the years following, she became a well trained Samurai when in Doma. When in Garlemald, she spent most of her time at school or with her friend Iris. However, with the state of non-purebloods in the Empire, she was slowly becoming disillusioned to the promises of 'peace' and 'prosperity' the regime was pushing for. And while this sentiment began to grow, so too did it grow in the hearts of the Doman people. On the eve of her 18th birthday, she swore fealty to Lord Kaien. Not long after, Kaien began his play to free Doma from the clutches of the Empire. Akiko, joining Kaien's Vanguard, was on the front lines of many grueling battles fighting against the Empire, even facing off against soldiers under the command of Marius. She lost many friends and close brothers and sisters in arms in the short span of their rebellion, and took her own share of lives during the fighting as well, a few kills among them being particularly harsh.During the last hours of the first rebellion, Akiko joined Lord Kaien and the last remaining Vanguards in a valiant last stand against the army of the VIth Legion. The battle was long and gruesome, leading to the deaths of not only her Samurai Master, Goro, but the deaths of her Uncle Jun, and her brother Roshi. Being one of the last standing Vanguards, she challenged the leader of the VIth to a duel. She challenged the Crown Prince of Garlemald himself, Zenos yae Galvus. The fight didn't last long. Zenos struck Akiko down, harshly and swiftly, leaving her scarred and within and inch of her life. Lord Kaien fought Zenos himself after, but fell alongside everyone else. When confronted by Zenos, Akiko could only despair as he told her..."You were...Disappointing. I'll allow you to live. For now..."Akiko was taken prisoner by the VIth Legion, but was not a prisoner for long. Merely a day after her capture, Akiko was broken out of Castrum Fluminis by none other than Marius tol Kraber, accompanied by his second in command, a Hrothgar named Godevan. Together, they abandoned the Empire, escaping into the wilds of Yanxia, now officially wanted criminals of the new regime in Doma, and in Garlemald. They spent many moons in Yanxia's wilderness before sneaking a boat ride to Kugane. Once there, the three of them were able to board a ship bound for Thanalan in Eorzea. After getting Akiko established in Thanalan and ensuring she would be okay on her own, Marius and Godevan took it upon themselves to return to Ilsabard, turning to other Garlean rebel forces to assist them.Akiko spent a year in the service of the Immortal Flames in Ul'dah as a form of stable work, being stationed in Little Ala Mhigo and working closely with the Brotherhood of Ash to battle against the Amalj'aa who served the Lord of the Inferno, Ifrit. She even received great honors from the Brotherhood of Ash, becoming an Honored Battle Sister and even getting her own Battle Drake, which she named Raika. When her time in the Flames was over, she left Thanalan, giving up her residence there to explore and go further north. She eventually ventured to Ishgard, fresh after the end of the Dragonsong War. Working for Ishgard and doing various jobs for the people and the Temple Knights, she went on to travel further north, where she spent the next year in Dravania, more specifically in Idyllshire. She spent a long time working for the Goblins there, becoming close friend with the residents there and even befriending Slowfix Cointoss. After floating around Dravania for a while, she eventually reconnected with a friend she made while she was in the Flames, a man named Heloen Myorok, a Xaela from Gyr Abania. Heloen introduced her to the Company of the Iron Nail, and Akiko's life changed drastically from there on...
The Sins of Our Fathers
When Akiko joined the Company of the Iron Nail, she was a shy, nervous and unsure girl, unwitting to what was going to follow her joining. At first, it was as she expected. She displayed her skills to the members of the Iron Nails, and even went on a mission to prove her worth. Not long after, she was officially offered and invitation to join the Company. There, she made many new friends! She met a lovely woman named Gleaming Alabaster who became her doctor, and not too long after, a close friend and positive female role model for her. Rejn Talacca was at first one of her boss's, but would soon come to call him one of her closest confidants. Ravih Starcaller became a close brother figure, along with the Company chef, Odah Kakhol, becoming close to her as well.Akiko made many more friends in the company, and began to settle and grow comfortable around them. But things began to change when Marius returned from his time in Ilsabard. Marius knew Akiko joined a Free Company, and asked if Akiko would present a contract from him to the Iron Nails. That contract? To hunt down and stop the activities of one Leva tol Vanius. Vanius, a former Tribunus that served alongside Marius, had created a splinter group of Garleans in the wake of the Final Days, dubbed the Neo-Garleans. But, what started as a mission to find and neutralize the Neo-Garleans spun wildly out of control with the first meeting of the Iron Nails and the dreaded tol Vanius.Vanius, in her bid to become a new political powerhouse in the already shattered leadership of Garlemald, had turned to the tried and true method of finding Allagan weapons to add to her arsenal. Confronting her cohort in the sand of the Sagolii, the company met the Tribunus, alongside Leva's hound, Samuru Kobayashi. Samuru, seeing Akiko, called her his niece, confusing her. Vanius was quick to attack soon after, using her men as a way to make her escape from the company. However, the leader of the Iron Nails, Houquet Cherrier, was able to damage the engines of the airship Leva was using to escape, making the Allagan weapon she obtained fall to the ground. When the battle was over, the relic was obtained by the company. Upon it's accidental activation, the relic opened up to reveal what was hiding inside. A Dragon, one that dubbed himself as The Heartmind, one of three parts to an already existing Dragon that was split apart by a mad Allagan scientist. Thus did the plan change. The mission was now to stop Leva from obtaining the other two shards of the dragon and not only prevent her from using him as a weapon, but to make the dragon whole again. The second artifact was to be found in the one place Akiko did not wish to return. Sui-no-Sato. Upon their return to the Ruby Sea, Akiko advised the company to stay out of the isolationist city, and instead sought the help of the Blue Kojin to guide them to the next relic. However, as they were about to set off, they were confronted by the Guardian of the place the relic was stored. Yasuna Daisho. Yasuna seemed to recognize both Akiko and Marius, before Marius stormed over to Yasuna. After a long and arduous argument, the reason for their argument was revealed.Akiko was the daughter of Marius and Yasuna, not the daughter of Ganto Daisho. She was a halfbreed. Yasuna, a noblewoman of Doma under the Kobayashi family, had taken it upon themselves to betray Doma, and assist Garlemald in it's dominion. Marius was a soldier during this time, and worked alongside Yasuna during the war. The two grew close, and eventually started an informal relationship. However, after becoming pregnant and seeing the state of Doma under the Empire, Yasuna fled, seeking asylum in Sui-no-Sato by striking a deal with the Daisho family, giving up her baby after she was born and pretending to be her 'Aunt'. Upset behind being lied to her whole life, Akiko took the members of the company who joined her and left to find the relic themselves, in a place called The Graveyard. A place for items containing Kami to reside safely. After finding the relic, the party was set upon by the shadows of all their fears, all before destroying the thing that was causing such apparitions to appear. A coffin, containing the body of a long dead Allagan. However, they managed to obtain the relic, a sword containing another shard of the dragon, The Warmind. The following weeks were left with hunting down the last relic. Over time, however, as Akiko held on to the sword relic, it began to change her. She became more aggressive, bloodthirsty and possessive of the sword. It was later revealed that, somehow, Warmind was tempering Akiko. After being cured of her light tempering, Akiko was no longer granted permission to hold the sword. With this, they found the last relic with the help of one Pipiro. A facility out in the mountains of Coerthas. And so, they departed. After infiltrating the facility and going through waves of riddles and puzzles forced upon them by an insane Allagan Node, the team found the last relic. From the relic came The Logicmind. The Logicmind revealed unto the party that the Warmind they had gotten was but a farce, as was he. The Warmind and Logicmind they collected were shards of a Primal."Once, far off in the land known as Meracydia, did a dragon live among men. His name was Ra, the Grand Librarian of the Great Library of Meracydia. He collected a grand archive of books, literature and knowledge in hopes of preserving them for future generations of both mortalkind and dragonkind. All of that was put to ruin when the Allagans began to rain death upon all of Meracydia. Ra, his consort, and his children all fought tooth and nail alongside their brood and the mortals who called that land home. But, tragedy struck when an Allagan known only as the Soul Weaver launched an attack against the Grand Library. So did Ra fight. The library was unfortunately burnt to the ground, with most believing it's Grand Librarian burning with it. In the grief of his death, both Ra's mortal followers and dragon children prayed for his return. And so did he return. Much like the mockery of Bahamut, Ra's memory was turned to that of a Primal, known simply all the Allmind. In truth, Ra was still living. Alive. Yet his primal rampaged anyways. Both the true Ra and his mockery were both captured by the Soul Weaver, and taken back to this place, where their souls were splintered and torn apart. I, and the Warmind you carry with you, are primals. Only the Heartmind you carry truly belongs to Ra.After this revelation, the party took the Primal Logicmind and traveled to where all the other soul shards were housed. The very place they were torn apart. The Severance Engine. The Engine housed not only it's master, The Soul Weaver, but was already under the control of the Neo-Garleans. The VIth remnants had tricked the company in gathering all the other souls, and were planning on taking control of both the dragon, and it's primal. However, the Garleans were pushed back from the Engine, allowing for the company to push in to the main soul chamber of the Engine. However, the Soul Weaver was already awake.Forcing his soul and the soul of a thousand others into the body of Akiko, he began the process of creating a new Primal in a bid to reconquer what Allag had lost. Legion, the Vessel of a Thousand Souls. During the fight, both the real Ra and his Primal were made whole, and did battle above the Engine. The fight was long and grueling, leading to the death of the Allmind, and the defeat of the Soul Weaver. Using the Engine, they purged the thousands of souls out of Akiko, but there was an unintended consequence to doing so.Akiko's soul had become sundered, with parts of it already beginning to seep back into the Aetherical Sea. Ra, in a bid to repay the mortals for rendering his soul whole, vowed to sacrifice his life to save Akiko. However, a second soul still clung to the ambient aether around the Engine. Another dragon. Ra's firstborn, Sekhmet. While Ra's body was broken down to supplant and stabilize Akiko's aether, Sekhmet was the one to use her own soul to attach onto Akiko's, saving her sire from sacrificing his soul entirely.Sekhmet had begun to fuse her soul with Akiko's to repair it. Over the course of the following year, as their souls slowly fused together, Ra was found a new body to persist in. Bastet, Ra's consort and mate, was freed from Allagan captivity not long after. The Neo-Garleans were defeated and their leader punished, but not before her Hound, Yasuna's brother and Akiko's Uncle, Samuru, broke free of his 'leash' and slinked away into the shadows. Finally, when on a mission in Garlemald to find and free a prisoner being held by another Garlean splinter group, Akiko and Sekhmet's souls merged, becoming one whole person. A dragon in soul, an Auri in body.
